Myths of the Staffing Industry:

  1. Staffing agencies can only provide “temporary help” FACT: Taskforce can provide ANY type of employment that a client needs. Yes we do temporary but we also can provide Temp to perm (which is the option where you try someone out and if they are a perfect fir you nay hire them permanently) or we have a direct hire option as well.
  2. Staffing agencies are too costly. FACT: By utilizing Taskforce you and your business can actually SAVE you money. The hiring process takes valuable time and energy to any business owner/ professional. Allow us to take that burden from you, let us do what we do best. We are the experts at interviewing, checking references and employment histories. We also conduct criminal background checks for each applicant that walks through our door.
  3. You can’t hire good quality people from a “temp agency”. FACT: Taskforce has professionally trained / well educated professionals from a variety of different backgrounds. We place thousands of applicants annually. We have the right employees for you!
  4. Employment agencies just send “warm bodies” to fill in. FACT: Taskforce Staffing prides itself on providing the best quality person for your needs. Our goal is to be your partner for all of your employment needs. If the fit is not right the first time we will do whatever we need to do to satisfy our clients!
  5. Temporary agencies only provide secretarial help. FACT: At Taskforce not only can we hire top quality/ highly trained administrative professionals but general labor warehousing and production help as well.
  6. The interview process at staffing services is not thorough. FACT: Our interview/ testing processes are extensive. Not only do we have thorough clerical assessments, we gage exactly the skill level of our administrative talent. We also do all reference checking, criminal background checks, and you have the option to credit check, drug test and DMV check as well.
  7. If I am not happy with my temp I am “stuck”. FACT: We will provide changes or additional candidates as requested. Contact your employment coordinator and communicate your needs and we will accommodate them immediately.
